ROBERT E. GAUDIAN, Founder & CEO
Bob brings more than 30 years of hands-on, award-winning experience across all aspects of video and audio production, media distribution, integrated marketing campaigns, brand strategy, and program management. A recognized innovator in developing and implementing new marketing and distribution channels for public relations, he specializes in government and nonprofit public awareness and education outreach.
As CEO, Bob oversees new business development, corporate initiatives, marketing, and strategic planning in diverse technology and media environments. His executive-level experience in marketing, communications, and program management for media, technology, and Internet companies enables him to provide senior strategic oversight on all PSN projects.
Throughout his career, Bob has developed groundbreaking multimedia productions and distribution channels for video, audio, imagery, and online content for numerous organizations, including the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (AHRQ and the FDA), the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (USCG and CBP), the U.S. Department of Justice (DEA and the Office of Justice Programs), the U.S. Department of Defense (DTRA), Clear Channel Communications, the Walt Disney Company, NPR, UPI, and many others.

SUZANNE WILL GAUDIAN, Chief Operating Officer
Suzanne oversees all operational and compliance functions for PSN, including contract planning, negotiation, and management for government and nonprofit sector clients. A marketing and client services professional with more than 30 years of experience managing both federal and commercial enterprise accounts, she has been instrumental in PSN’s success since its inception. Suzanne leads client services marketing, media outreach, and media buying efforts, and she supervises the development, implementation, and budgeting of all PSN campaigns.
Her government clients have included the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the U.S. Department of Defense, the U.S. Department of Justice, and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Her nonprofit clients include Lions Clubs International, the American Parkinson Disease Association, and the United Way of Connecticut, among others. Suzanne provides strategic leadership to PSN’s account directors and creative teams, ensuring that every project aligns with client goals and delivers measurable results.
In 2008, she led the initiative to place PSN’s services on the GSA Federal Supply Schedule and continues to serve as the company’s GSA representative. Prior to founding PSN, Suzanne worked with several technology firms, including Fujitsu Consulting, where she supported the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Earlier in her career, she provided telecommunications services to the U.S. Department of Justice, U.S. Department of Agriculture, U.S. Department of Transportation, U.S. Department of the Interior, and the U.S. Congress while working for AT&T Wireless and Fujitsu Imaging Systems of America.
