Nationwide or Targeted Video and Print PSA Distribution via Physician Waiting Rooms

PSN-waitingroom-iconPSN WaitingRoom offers two strategies — video and print — to help government agencies and nonprofits reach clinicians, patients and caregivers nationwide at the point-of-care. PSN WaitingRoom can deliver both a broad audience reach as well as a targeted approach.

Video Program

PSN places video PSA messages on flat-screen monitors within medical office waiting rooms. While patients and their caregivers wait to see their healthcare provider(s), PSN WaitingRoom rotates the delivery of health-related PSAs, health information and physician information/messaging via LCD flat-screens. PSN WaitingRoom guarantees that health PSAs will be featured on the network approximately every 30-45 minutes during office hours for up to 17,280 primary care physicians and up to 5,520 clinical specialists. The programming is featured on the network an average of 8 times per day.

Content can be programmed according to condition. Through designated distribution channels, PSN WaitingRoom screens reach:

  • 17,280 physicians
  • 143.4 million patient and caregiver visits
  • 1,300 physicians
  • 10.6 million patient and caregiver visits

Print Program

For print PSAs, PSN introduces an exclusive print PSA program across a complete line of well-known health magazines. Publications target both clinicians and patients, and are distributed in physician offices, clinics and direct to-home. The publications have an aggregate circulation of more than 120,000 medical offices and 300,000 physicians, with a reach of more than 40 million condition sufferers and caregivers.

This powerful outreach tool delivers an organization’s message directly to the most qualified clinicians and patients since publications are delivered to physician offices according to specialty.
